Hola, I’m Efraín Gutiérrez (they/he). I’m an artist, consultant, and companion - distinct but interconnected parts of my practice. I support people and organizations in the social sector through moments of change - through strategy, inquiry, and coaching - helping them lead with more clarity, ease, and courage. Through my creative work, I explore what becomes possible when we live beyond binaries and imagine new worlds rooted in queerness, tenderness, and collective freedom.

This blog is a space I return to when something feels ready to be said, when I want to share what I’m holding, feeling, or learning. I’ll add to it as I go, letting the cadence be shaped by emergence.

I hope what I share here might serve as an invitation. A way of feeling a little more understood, seen, or accompanied, especially if you are also navigating complexity with a tender heart.
